AK NOVA, in providing industrial construction services, offers construction of various facilities as a general contractor or as a subcontractor.
Because we have an in-house engineering department, we can take care of any investment under the “design and build” concept. We analyze and prepare an optimum engineering design for each facility ordered from us. Our offer is characterized by a high level of service, competitive prices, professional staff and attractive lead times to completion. We specialize in facilities made of reinforced concrete structures.
We build reinforced concrete and earthen reservoirs (lagoons). We have our own sets of formwork and boarding for construction of reinforced concrete reservoirs. Our reservoir projects include engineering design, equipment, provision of utilities, acceptance and commissioning tests etc.), according to complete engineering designs and overhauls of existing facilities.

- fire water reservoirs;
- clean water and rain water reservoirs, etc.;
- natural liquid fertilizers (urine and liquid manure);
- sewage treatment plants;
- ponds in parks, recreational reservoirs.
Depending on the capacity and intended use we offer reservoirs in two technologies: reinforced concrete or earthen reservoirs.
Reinforced concrete reservoirs
AK NOVA offers a cylindrical, reinforced concrete reservoirs poured on site. Depending on the needs of the customer, reservoirs can be underground, or partially sunk in the ground, open or closed. We make reservoirs in the diameter range from 2.5 to 10 meters and up to 6 meters in height. The maximum total capacity of a single reservoir is 471 m³. Larger reservoirs of reinforced concrete are available on a special request. It is possible to join reservoirs into sets and provide additional sealing of a reinforced concrete reservoir with PEHD geomembrane.
Earthen reservoirs
Depending on the geotechnical conditions, earthen reservoirs can be sunk in the ground, partly sunk or above-ground. Based on the results of geological research, the possibility of sinking the reservoir cavity is determined.
During construction of the reservoir other construction work is also performed, such as points of discharge and intake, fencing, roads and yards, headers and connections with existing facilities.
Sealing
We also provide sealing services for engineering facilities (landfills, lagoons, reservoirs of different intended use, buildings and foundations, yards, etc. Sealing is comprised of PEHD geomembranes (or optionally other sealing materials) that provide an impermeable barrier to protect the surface of the ground, ground water and surface water. Another service we provide consists in rehabilitation and repair of engineering facilities.
